You have 14 days to change your mind from the date you receive your order. Contact us at @Friesianfragrance and we will provide return instructions. A return shipping fee of SEK 60 will be deducted from your refund
Can I change fragrance?
No, for hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened and sealed products. If the box has been opened, the item cannot be refunded.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase, normally within 14 days of us receiving your return.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
